		The mission of the Brookville Area Chamber of Commerce is to stimulate the economic climate of the area, promote membership businesses and assist with civic activities which enhance the quality of life of our community.

Some of the other ways that the Chamber is working in the community include our involvement in local tourism and drawing visitors into our area through motor coach tours and mailing out tourist information packets.

We are also very involved with Brookville High School and Hickory Grove Elementary School students. Each year we sponsor the Halloween Window Painting Contest for grades 7-12. I take the fourth grade students on a walking tour to educate them about our local history. We also sponsor Industry Week for the ninth grade students to visit manufacturers in Brookville.

Our organization considers our inviting quality of life in Brookville a benefit that is an attraction to those who consider moving into our community. We work with others in our community to maintain and promote this valuable asset. Our office offers a full color community profile book that highlights Brookville as a great place to work, play and live.
